- Scope Whether a given job is inside what this shop takes on. Say what the unit is and what it is doing.
- Where Whether the work happens at the shop only, or whether anyone comes out to you.
- When Opening hours and how far out the bays are booked.
- Terms What the shop charges, how it takes payment, and anything it warrants.

Trailer repair on a working fleet is often frame and body work, not just parts on and parts off. Whether a given repair is one this shop takes on is a question for the phone.
